For Immediate Release

Dallas, TX- October 22, 2001 - In 1995 Long Range Systems introduced Coaster Call, the world's first pager in a coaster. Using patented technology, LRS is releasing a new generation of the Original Coaster Call based on the needs of restaurants today.

In recent years, the guest paging market has erupted. Restaurants are discovering that guest paging systems help turn tables faster and insure that customers will not miss their table call. Hosts no longer have to roam around the waiting area shouting guests names. With guest paging the process has been streamlined and restaurants are seating more people, thus making greater profits. Restaurants using guest paging systems see the system pay for itself as tables are turned more quickly.

With that in mind, Long Range Systems has been diligently at work perfecting guest paging technology. Since we first put the coaster on the market we have been listening to what our customers want from a guest paging system. They want a cost effective, efficient system that is durable, explains Ken Lovegreen, president.

Long Range Systems is able to keep costs low by keeping the system simple. Not only does this save on cost, but also busy restaurants want a system that is easy to set up and use. The new coasters are the most durable yet. They are sealed with a rubber bumper and resist water damage and breakage due to wear and tear. With an anti-theft feature to decrease pager loss and transmitting using a UHF frequency, the new coasters are tailor made for restaurants.

The success of Long Range Systems can greatly be attributed to listening to the needs of their customers. Early on, the company developed the Easy-Care program to help restaurants manage and maintain their paging systems. The reliability of LRS, combined with the Easy-Care program keeps our system up and running at all times, says Chris Gorman, Director of Store Systems Pizzeria Uno.

Long Range Systems will be showing the new Coaster Call, along with their full line of products, October 14-16 at HostEx 2001 in Toronto, Canada. Or for more information visit the website at www.pager.net .
